ARTICLE 1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are intended to define the terms and conditions under which SAS Les Coulisses du Théâtre offers non-professional customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) the booking and use of accommodation services and associated services provided by the Hôtel Les Coulisses du Théâtre. These GTC are systematically communicated to the Customer prior to the conclusion of the service, in accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code. Any booking implies full, unconditional, and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

ARTICLE 2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES AND PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION

The Hotel offers accommodation services in hotel rooms and hotel residences, with or without breakfast, as well as various complementary services: light catering (snacking), bar, swimming pool, concierge services, laundry, bicycle rental, shuttle service, sale of products, leisure activities, and tourist services. These services are provided within the scope of the company’s primary business, which involves the creation, operation, lease-management, or management of hotel establishments and all related or ancillary activities in the fields of hospitality, tourism, and leisure.

ARTICLE 3. PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS

Prices are quoted in euros, all taxes included (TTC). They vary depending on the room category and the season. Maximum nightly rates for double rooms are:

  • Comfort Room: €149
  • Superior Room: €169
  • Patio Room: €179
  • Privilege Room: €179
  • Rooftop Room: €189
  • Suite: €199

These rates are subject to change depending on the time of year, special events, or temporary promotions. The applicable rates are those in force on the day of booking.

ARTICLE 4. BOOKING AND SERVICE DELIVERY

A stay may be booked electronically, by phone, or directly at the reception desk. It becomes effective upon written confirmation by the Hotel or upon receipt of partial or full payment according to the indicated terms. The service is delivered on the scheduled day of the Customer’s arrival, according to the times specified in the hotel’s policy.

ARTICLE 5. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer does not benefit from the right of withdrawal for accommodation services provided on a specific date or at a specific frequency.

ARTICLE 6. CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION, AND NO-SHOW

Any request for cancellation or modification must be made in writing (by email or letter) and confirmed by the Hotel. Fees may apply depending on the cancellation date. In the event of a no-show, the Hotel is entitled to charge the total amount of the booked stay. Specific conditions are specified at the time of booking.

ARTICLE 7. CONSUMER MEDIATION

In the event of a dispute relating to the service provided, the Customer may refer the matter to a consumer mediator, in accordance with Articles L611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code. ARTICLE 9. PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE

The Hotel is covered by professional liability insurance taken out with the AXA Group (Stéphane Legrand Agency), policy no. 21409257604, covering all its activities within metropolitan France.

ARTICLE 10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These GTC are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint-Quentin, unless otherwise required by law.

ARTICLE 11. DIGITAL SERVICES AND LEGAL GUARANTEES

The person responsible for digital services is Mr. Cédric Rousseau-gros. Any complaint regarding digital services (e.g., booking portal, WiFi connection) may be addressed to contact@hotel-coulisses.com. The digital services provided are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Article L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects. Software requiring updates will be maintained throughout the duration of the contract.

Guarantee Notice:

In accordance with current legislation, the digital services offered benefit from legal guarantees. In the event of a proven malfunction not attributable to the Customer, the Customer may demand the correction or replacement of the service at no cost. The request must be made in writing as soon as possible to: contact@hotel-coulisses.com.

ARTICLE 12. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GTC

The validation of the booking implies full and complete adherence to these GTC, which are made available to the Customer upon request, posted in the Hotel, and available on the establishment’s website.

 

FOR PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMERS

ARTICLE 1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of booking hotel services (accommodation, catering, room rental, ancillary services) by professional customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).

ARTICLE 2. SERVICES OFFERED

The Hôtel Les Coulisses du Théâtre offers the rental of rooms, meeting rooms, catering services, shuttle service, and various associated services aimed at a professional clientele.

ARTICLE 3. PRICES

Prices are quoted in euros, either excluding taxes (HT) or including taxes (TTC), depending on the case. They may be changed without notice in the event of tax or economic changes. Quotes have a validity period. The Client is informed that management fees apply for any invoicing below €300 excluding taxes.

ARTICLE 4. BOOKING

A booking is only considered final after the signed quote has been returned, along with the requested deposit. A “rooming list” must be provided eight days before arrival.

ARTICLE 5. MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION

Any modification or cancellation must be submitted in writing. The cancellation conditions are as follows:

  • More than 30 days before the service: the deposit is retained.
  • Less than 30 days: 100% of the quote amount is payable. Specific conditions are specified in each contract/quote.

ARTICLE 6. PAYMENT TERMS

A deposit of 30% is required upon booking, followed by 20% 30 days before arrival. The balance must be paid 3 days before arrival. Any delay will result in penalties (15% annually) and flat-rate fees (€40). Payment for extras not settled by participants will be the responsibility of the Client.

ARTICLE 7. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

The Client is responsible for any damage caused by its employees, contractors, or brought-in equipment. The Client must be covered by professional liability insurance. The Hotel declines any responsibility for theft or damage to items brought in.

ARTICLE 8. TRANSPORT AND RELOCATION

A shuttle service may be offered upon quote, subject to availability. The Hotel may relocate customers to a similar category establishment in case of unavailability.

ARTICLE 9. PERSONAL DATA

The data collected is processed in compliance with the GDPR. The Client undertakes to inform its employees and participants.

ARTICLE 10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

French law applies. Any dispute will be submitted to the Judicial Court of Saint-Quentin.
